Keep track of where you are in a series, pick your favorite book each month, and see it all come together in your Year in Review.
Series tracker
Any series where you've read at least one book we have in our catalog shows up in your series tracker, on both the Library tab and your Profile — with how many books you've read out of the total. It also shows up when you view a friend's profile, so you can compare where you both are in a series.
"Caught up" vs. "completed"
Caught up means you've read everything we currently have indexed for that series — it doesn't mean the series itself is finished (the author might not be done writing it yet). When you're caught up, you can tap "Mark complete" yourself once you consider the series truly done, and optionally leave a note about when the next book is expected. Only you can set this for your own account — a friend viewing your tracker sees it, but can't change it.
Picking your favorite book of the month
Once a month closes, Sage asks you to pick your favorite book you finished that month (only when there's an actual choice — if you only finished one book, it's picked automatically). This shows up as a banner on your Profile and as a notification if you don't see it right away.
Season and year picks
Once a season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) closes, you pick your favorite among that season's month-winners. At the end of the year, you pick your Book of the Year from among the season winners — that becomes the cover of your Year in Review.
Missed a month? You can go back
Didn't pick in time, or importing older reading history? Open your Year in Review and tap any past month, season, or year slot to pick retroactively — you're not limited to the most recent period.
Your Year in Review, on your Profile
A Year in Review card lives right on your Profile (it's one of the sections you can drag to reorder under "Arrange") — it shows your Book of the Year and a strip of your monthly picks. Tap it to see the full breakdown, including your reading stats for the year.
